  • i'm thinking about buying this knive but i wonder whether the tip could break off or not

  • @DNAlpha It won't break off easily or any easier than any other knife. The steel is AUS8 at 57-58 HRC so its not like its weak or anything. I suppose if you put your mind to it you could break it but it isnt made to break without a lot of help.

  • How good is the sharping stone? Should I replace it with a better diamond stone?

  • @XCritonX The stone seemed a little coarse to me. It would do well as a field touch up, but I would not use it as the main sharpener for the knife.

  • beautiful blade. i was contemplating ordering one but that little voice said, "$160 for a knife... ehh" so i backed off and forgot about it for awhile. then on an impulse months later I order a benchmade nimravus for $150 and can't afford the agency now :(

  • Sorry, should be "for the men".

  • Guys, i'm from eastern Europe and I know that this knife it's big shit. Everyone catched with knife like this would go to jail for 6 months min. If you want to kill sbd. you can to do it by kitchen knife so god as by this and nobody can arrest You before. It's only the men who want show it as the component of the collection. I bought it as such, but i tell no one that was the knife for killing anybody.

  • What would you say is a more reliable/tough knife, the cold steel srk or this knife?

  • @lightsaberdudes2 Id recommend the SOG Creed as a survival over this :)

  • this is an absolutely very high quality knife. Mine is serial numbered

  • I have been collecting and using knives for 45 years, and this is one of my favorites.

  • God this is a beautiful blade.

  • @wwwknivestowncom That knive design predates WW2. Its a model 1 randall.
