This is the same music that plays through "Alice is Dead" on Newgrounds. It was actually the first time I ever heard it.
A couple years later, after playing both Bioshock games... I realize that the song fits that particular Newgrounds game frighteningly well.

The boogey man always checked his closet for Chuck Norris before going to bed every night. Unfortunately for him, he never check under the bed for Subject Delta. Then one night, he ended up pinned to the ceiling with a spear.
