The Compagnie Humaine and its choreographer Eric Oberdorff work on for their creation project "Leviathan." The central theme of this choreographic piece is the loss of water and features six characters in a state of emergency and uses texts excerpted from the Kyoto Protocol and the novel "Moby Dick" by Melville.
Invited by Sophie Duez, Special Adviser to the Mayor of Nice and Project Manager for the Abattoirs - Chantier Sang Neuf, the artists presented an overview of their work, in an ambulatory form, by confronting both to public view and the architectural feature of this old slaughterhouse.
