@SJPKvideos I wouldn't call this training man just showing off for the media. parkour has come a long way in America just watch the newer vids there nearly 100% different to this.
Parkour as it says is from A to B the fastest route. Then why does he randomly dive over something not even on his route it would have been 3 times as quick to run straight forward.
The random tic tac though that has nothing to do with anything just completley pointless.
And Iv'e found my flow just check my vids.

parkour isn't about bashing what other people do either. geez get a life. find your flow dude, thats what it's about.

Some of this stuff is laughable Americans not treating the dicipline propaly thinking they know best. Typical Amercan thing to do give wanabe superhero names like Phntom and pheonix thinking there all cool. 4:58 WTF this guy is a prick the dive roll and uneeded tic tac of the lampost causing him to fall is just a joke. What's with the taging is it a race? a relay? Parkour is for one's self not a fukin game. The journey should have been made by them all and not just silly sections.
