I got stopped and the cop said i need your reg lic and ins. so i complied. the next thing i know i am dragged out of my car and slammed against my car. now bear in mind this whole time I am filming the cop had saw my camera through my car window . this upset him because he had broken the law. I i told the cop off top I do not consent to be searched. i was arrested and the cop took my camera and deleted my evidence in front of 3 other cops.funny thing is I have a witness that was watching.

Last year, I was pulled over by a convoy of roving BP on a South Texas highway. I had been following your blog so I was actually kind of thrilled to be able to exercise my rights. I asked the agent several times to for a reason for stopping me and he could not answer. After a few minutes of this, he actually started getting nervous and confused and I was "allowed" to go on my way. I sent a formal letter of complaint to agent A. Lopez' supervisors. Thanks for all you do. You've got guts.
