This internal suspicionless Homeland Security checkpoint took place on Southern Arizona's SR86 near Mile Post 146 on January 8, 2008.

After all, you don't even realize that the only one being a dick in this video is the agent who illegally extended the detention on the false premise that she had the lawful authority to compel the individual to either go to secondary absent consent or pc or to answer her questions.

Law enforcement jobs don't even rate in the top 10 most dangerous jobs in America. That honor goes to all those blue collar workers who put their lives on the line to fish, ranch, drive, roof, farm, etc.

It must be tough though having to put up with the occasional individual who actually knows his rights & is willing to remind Border Patrol agents, who aren't actually patrolling the border, what those rights are when they are seizing, detaining & interrogating him no where near the border.
