you're absolutely right in everything you say. it does get easier. you have to put effort into you health and your diet. 'god' helps those that help themselves. time and dedication must go into reversing the effects of ages of brainwashing. 'someone' does not want us to be well spiritually, mentally, physically or emotionally. it' s scientifically proven that all of these states of being are tied into one another. naturally treat 1 and another state improves. thank you for yr vids

I was for about 8 years but i started feeling better and stronger when I learned to follow the diets of the ancient masters. This also kept me from buying supplements in a bottle to try and stay healthy. I discuss this on my website also. Again just click the link on the right hand side of this video.

I totally understand the second part of your message. I broke a bone in my hand one time and had to pay 2 grand to fix it. But, I took out a lone and paid it off. And I considered those monthly payments as my health insurance. I would have paid 20 times that much to health insurance companies by now if I were to pay them 2-300 dollars everymonth. And then they still would have charged me a 500 dollar premium.

Those companies are just built on fear, and I am not afraid. If something terrible happens to me then that is my karma or as Christ said "What ye sow, so shall ye reap" And I will take out another loan and pay it off. I'm not trying to go against what you are saying because everyone must go his own path, that is just my 2 cents about that subject. But thank you for bring that up. It is definately something to think about.
