The Parts Left Over follows estranged twins, Oliver and Lenore, as their lives are changed by the untimely death of their father. Embarking on a treasure-hunt-like journey to spread his ashes, their adolescent tendencies and self-destructive natures become painfully clear. Oliver questions his purpose in life while clinging painfully to his dreams; Lenore abandons hers to live unaware and unaffected.

Living in a time where avoidance is often easier than confrontation, The Parts Left Over urges us to look at ourselves. Have we truly grown up, or are we still playing make-believe, digging for buried treasure?
