Does this Compact work hand in hand with S.787, The Greatest Federal Gov Land Grab in history? Handily misnamed so as to give the appearance of taking control of water when in reality S.787 will be used to take control of land held in private hands. The sophistry involved in naming a land grab a Water Act is true artistry. It is also quite transparent.

I think individuals should be able to take some water. What needs to be done is to stop it from being commercially bottled in large quantities. Let's not penalize individuals for what corporations might do.
