@sexywhipp for some, it ups your heart rate to an uncomfortable amount so watch for that (doesn't happen to me). Apparently it causes water retention too.

@sexywhipp It all depends on the person, but generally associated with stimulant use. Read the label before using.

Hey Marc, 2 part question.
1. Is doing HITT for 10-15mins after every workout (5 days/week) to much?
2. Because I do cardio PWO - do i need to drink my PWO shake first?

@jeremyfoster88 1) I do NOT like HIIT PWO. I never recommend HIIT more than 2x per week.
2) No, drink the shake after. And don't do HIIT PWO!
