Well added to all the bad things that were already in the bill, Lieberman and Mc Cain have taken subsidies from clean fuels and given them to nuclear. This bill is not a solution, it is just delaying the solution, while continuing to give money to the polluters. We dont have any more time to play games. We need a real bill to stop global warming now. Thank you very much for this video.

as environmentalists, can we please not polarize the issue so much? are we trying to solve the problem here or pick a fight? if your goal is to lower big oil's profits, i'd think there are other ways than to sacrifice such an important bill. let's get these 60 votes and show the world we're serious.

wow. so you're calling for people to reject the most bipartisan effort to do something about climate change to date? it's something called political reality and it's on the floor of the senate right now. allocation of credits is both a political and an economic necessity. utilities will pass on costs to consumers regardless of allocations. please don't create a conservative backlash on such a monumental piece of legislation.
