Early 1960's commercial for Laub bread with Cleveland, OH stars Tim Conway and Ernie Anderson. At this time, Tim was going by Tom Conway, only changing his name when he went to Hollywood because someone else was already using the name Tom Conway. Ernie Anderson would become a legend in Cleveland as horror movie host Ghoulardi, eventually moving to Hollywood to become one of the most recognizable voices on television as the announcer of "The Looove Boat" and "America's Funniest Home Videos." The advertiser, Laub Baking Co., was a Cleveland mainstay from 1889 when immigrant Jacob Laub began selling bread out of his home until the large conglomerate closed in bankruptcy in 1974.
How about the Bonjour Instant Coffee commercial between these two?
