No jump rope or bind means More Power. Some parts inside are Cryogenically-treated. The planetary gears sets he makes are Steel not the OE aluminum cage. We gained side by side test form the stock to the BTS Trans in 3rd locked PI Converter 29hp and 33lb-ft-tq. 788 rwhp to 817 rwhp. Same engine and ambient temp. He Guarantees all his work. Stock diesel non-modified trucks get a 2 year warranty.

. This WILL cause binding of internal moving components. The stock Auto Trans with an aluminum case is mass produced and clearanced to pass the -40°F cold weather testing. Productions transmissions @ 200°F operating temp will have a large amount of main shaft end play so not to bind the internal bearings @ -40°F. This is due to the aluminum expanding so much when hot. Brian knows you are not going racing at -40°F but @ 180°to225°F so the end play is set for hot usage clearances.

The new BTS Trans transfers the same torque as a 5-6spd and shifts faster. Way faster. It is fully adjustable via my SCT Pro Racer Software. The BTS is the only way to go. JDM,JLP and PSE (me) and many others, mostly 800-1400 ft-lb TQ Diesel racers and Heavy Duty Fleet trucks ONLY use his Transmissions. The Trans is tight with no main shaft jump rope effect.

This is a testing tune. All good tuners test rich for protection first, than tune to 11:8-12:0 Than change plugs and O2s
