I would take a guess at Style Foundation spray by Wella. Seen as this is a wella demo, and when I went to a Wella demonstration day they all used this product for keeping the hair wet

interesting mix of Videl Sassoon's 'centre point' layer cut & Tony & Guy's graduation cut. did notice bending of the hair due to too wide a section at imes & how the heck she didn't get in trouble with health & safety on the cutting technique with the first front section is beyond me! Whatever rocks your boat I guess.
