Thanks. I considered putting 2 or 3 people going about there daily business but I thought that it would deter a potential buyer, some people might subconsciencely think its like someone else is living or lived in their home.

This is very good consider this is your first. If you can add more "living things" to make it more like some one live in it will probably add more life in the room.
