Part 1 (edit) - Landlord Legal Exposes Tenants From Hell

Tyler Sage is a landlord in Barrie. Tyler made the unfortunate decision to believe the lies spun by experienced, nightmare tenants. Tyler is days away from finally taking his house back. But he faces a nightmare clean up and repair to his once beautiful home. Landlord Legal knows Tyler's tenants well. Unfortunately, there was no way to warn him about the roller coaster ride he would embark on. These tenants have left a trail of destruction for all of their landlords. They show absolutely no remorse for their abuses and lies, even in the face of pending criminal prosecution. What you are about to see should offend you. In coming weeks, you will meet other landlords victimized by these tenants. We need to lobby for changes to the legislation, and encourage severe repurcussions to these types of tenants. This couple must be stopped, and their child protected!

Aug. 19/10 - Today, in order to "protect" the identity of these tenants who have destroyed Tyler's property and are now moving on to terrorize new tenants (who we are not allowed to even warn!) YouTube requested that we remove the original version of the video and edit out any reference to the tenants. At the beginning of this video we were forced to remove the part where Tyler shows us his Notice of Intent to Enter and the complaints filed by the basement tenant in the house.

Welcome to the club. My tenants are 23 days late with the rent and they just had satellite TV installed yesterday and didn't even seek my approval to drill holes in my bricks. They don't have money for rent but they got money for satellite. That's the second tenant who did that. Another tenant was in 45 days and left 7 holes in the walls and 2 in the ceiling because they were being thrown in the air at a party they had. 1 hole every 5 days. I could tell you lots of stories.
