If one wants to work immediately and start his life, he'll do a professional course that will guarantee a direct introduction of the work he is studying. One can choose to go more technical and follow a 2 to 3 years degree - there is alway a project on the last year where you work in a company (usually for free), this ensure that you get a good transition and it happen frequently tat you start in the same company where you did your stage.

Hi Ezra, I would say that this certainly differs from one place to another within Europe, since we do have each of us different way of thinking and performing. It is the responsibility of the executive director to prevent any situation of a test-centrist professor. We do have different level of studies that will match with the student expectations.

@ngruloos From your experience, how does the European education system differ from the test-centered system that is prevelant in the US?

I think that this analysis mostly applies on US education but does not apply in Europe.
