    actually horses aim for comfort and co operation in their relationships and will act like a partner to achieve this way more complex than carrot and stick.... we underestimate ourselves and other animals and so get mediocre results.....

    These situations are very visible in the computer science sector. Developers are never motivated by money. I've very often seen developer trade their well-payed job for part-time-student salaries only to get to do something they found more challenging. That is exactly why the open-source sector is bound to prevail. No matter where the money goes, talents will always reach to the open-source.

    exactly, I understand what your saying about choosing to invest in something even if we don't like it but it's the motivation to keep at it that's the tricky part, it's like what the video says that people who achieve great things do it not for money but for themselves, we are both doing it for the money and that's the problem :-/
