Airplane graveyard, where hundreds of B-52 bombers appear in a huge, bizarre parking lot in Arizona. Please someone find this on Google Earth.

@HorseyNO Um, the H models that are still in service were purchased in fiscal 1961. Do you have any idea what it would have cost to keep those aircraft in service? They have EIGHT gas-guzzler engines and require a large crew. They have a huge radar cross-section and fifteen were destroyed by SA-2 missiles over Hanoi in December 1972.

It makes me mad that the government just has all these airplanes sitting around. They could be used as lo-cost transportation to take college kids to prime spring break destinations. What a waste.
