I have 1st gen 360 with kernel 7357.
I did a dump of the fuses and the NAND back when I first tried the KingKong exploit. Can I use that Nand dump for anything?
Do I have to solder to get the rebooter going? :)

Yes, you have to solder. Use XBReboot and read the readme.

Question, i'm getting an 256mb arcade off ebay with manufacture date of 5-08-09, (new in box). Can I do the jtag hack or do I have to wait?

You can do the JTAG hack, but there are no rebooter images for large-block NANDs yet.
