Iced Flan?

PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU WANT ME TO MAKE MORE MESSED UP FOOD OR IF YOU HAVE A SUGGESTION!

So I tried to make flan, or some may know it as Giga Pudding. I got the recipe from the manga "Kitchen Princess" and I also watched a video. I didn't have a mix for the flan and didn't realize I needed to add gelatin to it to make it all "boingy". So I was like "What's the deal?" When it wouldn't harden into the pudding type thing, and I put it in the freezer. I just took it out, and low and behold, I have Flan flavoured shaved ice/popsicle!

Is flan good? Cuz I want to make it but my mom thinks it's stupid to bake something you've never tasted. I told her that I wanted to make one so I COULD try it but she wouldn't listen.. So, how does flan taste???

@mewcorina23 So you've never had any sort of flan before, correct? Well flan tastes a bit caramel and mainly creme/eggs (not overpowering eggs, but like a bit of it), the taste is really good, the thing people have a hard time with (well all the people I've known who dislike it) don't like the texture, it's a pudding texture, but also a bit like tofu texture, it crumbles in your mouth. It's really good though. And iced flan is basically real flan, but in popsicle form, so it's good :D
