wow, Britney just looks incredible here! And no, she did not ignore Miley. These things are strictly timed - Britney, the professional, simple accepted her award and made her speech, whilst Miley stood gracefully to the side to let Britney have her moment..... just like Britney has done countless times when handing out awards. It wasn't really a good time for air-kissing and hugging, what with them lugging that great big bloody surfboard around the stage!
