I believe that Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Former Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney, and Former President & CEO of Godfather's Pizza Herman Cain are going to be in a 3 man race for the GOP presidential nomination in 2012.

  • I like Ron Paul, but I guess you don't thinik he has a chance. You seem very much inline with the mainstream media, they never mention him either.

  • @jchandler1963 Personally, I don't like Ron Paul and I think my reasons are also the reasons of many other republicans across the nation. I don't disagree with Paul on some things, but his views on foreign policy are polar opposite mine. I think this will be a three man race, though I will say Paul could up performing better than Rick Perry or Michele Bachmann, Paul has about 8-10% of the GOP electorate supporting him.

  • Sometimes Newt's arrogance can annoy me (you have to admit he can get a bit arrogant), but he is by far the most intellectual of all Republicans today and would crush Obama in the general election, especially in debates.

  • @Willredd94 Newt just gets angry because the media focuses on trivial issues, and many politicians are vague in their policy positions.

  • I am tolerant to Gingrich, although he has a ton of personal baggage, Mitt Romney I would also support, he has flip-flopped on so many things though, but at least a good family man and is highly electable. Herman Cain is interesting, but I cant take him seriously anymore.

  • @Willredd94 I don't care how many times Newt has been married, 50% of marriages today end in divorce. I look to his bold solutions and his strong record as Speaker.

  • @MrConservativeTalk The GOP's views on foreign policy arent polar opposites of Ron Paul. Half of republicans support the dec 2011 iraq troop withdrawal, and 45% support leaving afghanistan. Ron Paul's views can be described as identical robert taft who's nickname is Mr Republican. The opposite of Ron Paul would be a Wilsonian Idealistic interventionism and liberalism. Republicans have historically been the party of prudence in foreign affairs, most notably under Harding/Coolidge, Ike, and Reagan

  • Newt Gingrich has cheated on every wife he has has , he is single handed the man who brought us NAFTA and he was a part of the blocking of bringing justice to the attack on the USS LIBERTY a cheater, liar, hypocrite, and TRAITOR.

romney is puppet for the zionist freemason mormons cain is a flat out liar womanizer the controlled media tells you who is the top picks none are worth a shit , RON PAUL IS THE ONLY QUALIFIED MAN

  • So the real choice is do you want to vote to continue to pay to police the world while maintaining the increasing decline in the quality of life for the average American? Or do you actually want the quality of your life to improve with that of your neighbors and the counrty as a whole. We can afford it, but we have to stop spending and the military industrial complex is the best place to cut.

  • Small changes get small results. The American people want big change in their daily lives. Huge spending cuts and huge tax cuts to both business and the individual would have a big impact on the quality of your daily life. You keep more of the money you make plus now goods and services are cheaper because they are not passing down their biz taxes to the consumer. While maintaining the largest defense buget in the world and continuing Soc Security, Medicare and medicade.

  • Why even bother supporting Mitt, Newt or Cain. There will be almost no change in your daily life if any of these 3 become president. Not much will change if Obama gets re-elected. The biggest change will be who is blamed for continued decline of this nation. The change this country needs is something similar to what was proposed by Ron Paul. The US goverment is choking the life out of the small businesses in this country through taxes and restrictions.

  • RON PAUL
