    Could you tell why you didn't use an adjustment layer or a layer mask for this kind of adjustment?

  • @jaideepsinghsidhu Great question. There are certainly many other ways to accomplish things in Photoshop. I was just trying to demonstrate this method. It really depends on your personal preference and what works best with each image. Thanks for commenting!
