  • excellent video. and for you kiddies out there allways listen to shinobi-dono. and remember to be active. dont watch all the episodes of teenage mutant ninja turtles all at once. one episode per day then exersise right after:D and dont eat cold pizza like michelangelo hehe. very bad for you

  • Yeah I like the make home made pizza dough whole wheat with some nice 5 cheeze pizza. That is my favorite. But keep it real, we need to take care of our selves if we are to be good martial artists.

  • good video 5 stars it has made me think but i drink raw milk which is no were near as bad for you as regular milk and i have a book i would suggest for you its called "Eating for Your Blood Type" i have learned some people can't function properly without meat on a regular basis and others fell unbelievably healthy when not eating meat.
