In this video I will attempt to show you what happens when you are riding a swing on a 1000' structure during 15 mph wind. Between the 400 and 600 foot level, due to the amount of slack in the cables, the wind pushes our rig about 30 feet out from the stack and at times it is almost sideways.... fortunately our ground man had our cables clamped down tightly and our lifelines tied off tight to prevent a disaster. even so, when this would happen, it made us both quite uneasy... This was the best instance I captured on tape although there were other wind incidents that were more severe...

  • niggers

  • @BIGPOLLOTX niggers?

  • thats just stupid , no anchor points for the decent cables??????? why the hell would u ride a stage at 900 feet with no anchor points at the bottom? only in america

  • umm all cables and ropes WERE tied off on clevises mounted in the concrete at the bottom. and they were pulled as tightly as possible by hand BUT when you are dealing with 1000 feet, when you get to the middle you are certainly going to have some slack..... i mean what? do you think we should have used a come-along and possibly yanked our lugs out at the top? i myself did not care for that particular option...

  • AND BEDSIDES THAT- at least I have a job so that I can pay my taxes and provide your lazy good for nothing ass with a welfare check so that you can get reduced rate ELECTRICITY in order to sit on your fat ass all day and night watching youtube and posting completely useless comments while I am out earning a paycheck HMMM..... 3200 videos watched in just over two months.... I dont care what you say- U R scum AND people know that! YOU have no life PAL... and FWIW I am far from a redneck!

  • why am i going to guess that your ride there has a manual that has a top wind speed. In boston a few guys died like this. Too much wind - no go. I know shit happens, but you sound like you do shit like this often

  • Damn, those rails should be higher.

  • You guys got balls man!

  • how about that inside rail not being fully elevated to it's proper height? Every paint keeps that thing low so it's easier to paint. Not good.

  • @ICCJon A Fly-by-Night Company?

  • @EnvyMyIgnorance your such an ignorant fuck! enjoy your electricity! maybe you should be thanking these individuals for the service they provide! you couldnt do it!
