I use sensitivity 10 all time :) You get used to it when you play with for more than 3-6 month :)
but i got steadily up... fist 5-6-7-8-9 then 10 :)

i used to play on 10 on mw2 then it felt wierd on mw3 for some reason so i put it on 7
