How to use labels in Gmail

• Log in to Gmail account.
• Select any conversation.
• Click on Labels button and select any label on it.
• Whatever label you choose for your conversation will be reflected next to its title.
• You can choose a color to label.
• A check mark like a line is used to show that only some conversations use the label.
• The line will become a checkmark for selection and a proper tick mark will be seen on it. All the selected conversations will get on that very label.
• You can also use Move To feature for the purpose of moving a conversation to particular folder.
• Click 'None' option for the non-labeled conversation. The other option is to drag and drop conversation in particular labels.
• There is a direct option to remove a conversation from a particular label. Label is mentioned near title bar and along with it, a cross sign is also present. Just click on the sign to remove it from a label.
