i have same problem. fix is easy, disabling Adaptive AA in drivers, MSAA or SSAAa both work
BUT. only with Adaptive AA you can have transparent textures in skyrim.. other way Snow, Moss, any other decals will be totally FLAT and have sharp edjes. in playing with these glitching textures, still looks better than what PC players have on common setting..

@NameHider Hello. Actually, switching AA to "Let Program/Application Choose" Fixes many problems with many different games. I guess your doing it wrong? Oh well good luck, I guess thousands of us IT Geeks must be wrong then...

I get missing spell effects...

increasing my AA from adaptive to super sample totally fixed the problem, thanks guys! :D

@karmacop911 Lol this game is so good that its unforgivable for now. I actually don't have this bug so it's only for some people. I DL mine from Steam and I don't have game breaking bug at all. Only major one I have is when I was not able to absorb the soul of the dragon I killed and Terrain distance texture. looking at a terrain 100 yard away look muddy. Considering the scale of the game it's no surprise that it has some bugs.

I was having this problem on a 6970 so I tried turning off adaptive in my CCC and to my surprise, it does fix the texture issue. Unfortunately, forcing SSAA produces an unplayable framerate and forcing MSAA (the only remaining solution) noticeably degrades the image quality. I hope Bethesda addresses this issue.
MSAA does look bad, but your only option is SSAA if you want good AA. SSAA however requires a powerhouse of a computer (such as Crossfire/SLI). However you could always just ignore these bugs if you want Adaptive AA.

Turning off Adaptive Anti-Aliasing would fix this, you can access it through CCC.
