In cooperation with Michigan Congressman Mark Schauer, EverLast® Induction Lighting has conducted extensive
analysis of Section 1605 of the ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act). During our research we found
many induction lighting companies blatantly claiming to manufacture fixtures within the U.S.A but are actually
importing from overseas.
These companies are deliberately manipulating the Buy American Provision in the ARRA for their own personal
profit. In cases where recipients of stimulus monies have incorrectly used the funds, they have had their monies
revoked by the DOE.
The Buy American Provision, Section 1605, of the ARRA clearly outlines that money allocated for projects paid for
with ARRA funds is to be used for the purchase of American made goods and services. The spirit of the law is clear;
recipients using these monies are responsible for using products made in the United States.EverLast® Induction Lighting provides transparency by showing customers exactly where parts for the new line of
EverLast® Induction fixtures are manufactured.
Do you know how many U.S. Manufacturers your purchase will put to work?
