ok so i LOVEEEE ian somerhalder but like omg when i saw him on smallville for the first time my first thought was this dude is sooo hot, but my second thought was umm ok dude, anger managment problems much? lol now on vampire diaires ( when i started VD i never actually knew it was the same guy) at first i was like ok dude u are soooo meannn! and now im like DAMONNN SALVATOREE I LOVE U DUDE ! DELENA ALL THE WAY!
In conclucion, i have always loved ian somerhalder :)

As I recall Lex Luther brought him back to life but he needed to take a drug all the time to stay alive. The show was a metaphor for drug addiction.
