i love going to that mall!!! i prefer it over sunvalley, though sunvalley has a bigger hot topic. something else that i love about that mall is the japanese restaurant in the food court. i also love that u can get off of bart and walk right in.

I work at this mall, it's ok...
I mean it is a beautiful mall but doesn't represent san francisco at all or anything. and a few blocks away is tenderloin which in my opinion is the dirtiest part of the entire city. I love it don't get me wrong but millions of bums everywhere!

Yes it is quite safe.....the only area you might want to avoid might be the Mission District.....but its not too bad
