  • @naten9 The deputy has no right to read documents in an attorney's file. Period. If he saw a gun or something dangerous that's plain sight, but reading documents is not his business and anyway, If he happens to see something that makes him think there is an actual danger he should have taken that paper directly to the judge without delay. The judge gets to consider whether the document is properly taken.

  • Mexican Mafia and those Cops are Idiots, the cops were in the wrong as most Arizona cops are,

  • what next they get to look through all the paper s ...?? NAZI...???

  • How does every arguement in the us. Have to end up with gangs and terrorists. Nothing what so ever to do with this matter. Silly americans tricks are for kids.

  • fuck the convict. i hope he got what he deserves. the cop? yeah, can't be doing that shit.

  • @philipem01 Cop got convicted and sure just like any other conviction it can be contested. But due process can occur between 2 parties face to face too. It is all about a contract (agreement) between 2 people.

This cop needed to be striped of his badge. He is a thief, and everything NOW on the record that the cop attested to is fraudulent and can get an ass load of peoples convictions overturned, IF they know what and how to do it.

Cops have a fine line to walk and with good reason.

  • @Copsarescum You can scream this on the mountain tops just like I do bro, but just the same a slave will fight to his death for benefits and to be re-presented. People just don't get it that everything made from the mind is a fiction such as "governments, municipals court rooms etc.." and they are all privately owned FOR profit businesses too.

  • what an idiot.

  • @You know not one thing about history, nor political science and your conclusion has nothing to so with this case; you just don't like Obama so you call him names. Any names will do. Accuse him of abusing power even tho this was a state court and had nothing remotely to do with him. I got it. Just don't waste any more breath. You have nothing I want to hear.

  • @gorgeousdzastr The cop can appeal his conviction. He had due process. He was charged, had an opportunity to contest the charge, was convicted.
