Was de aanval van 11 september 2001 meer dan alleen een aanslag? Of had de regering Bush misschien ook belang bij de aanval? In TweeVandaag het relaas van twee oud-ministers, Michael Meacher en Andreas von Bülow. Beide trekken het voorgeschotelde verhaal van 9/11 ernstig in twijfel. De Duitser von Bülow diende in het derde kabinet van Helmuth Schmitt (1980-1982), de Brit Meacher in de regering van Tony Blair (1997-2003). Onafhankelijk van elkaar onderzochten beide heren de aanslagen op het World Trade Center en Pentagon, en de oorlog tegen het terrorisme die hieruit volgde. Zowel Meacher als Von Bülow komen met opmerkelijke conclusies. Volgens hen is de oorlog tegen het terrorisme heel iets anders dan de regering Bush ons wil doen geloven. En kwamen de aanslagen eigenlijk wel goed van pas. In de studio 'Amerika-deskundige' Willem Post, die reageert op de reportage.

I'd like to point out that the images in religious texts are made to condition those who read them to believe what they say, just the same as TV. All media is conditioned in some way.

There is no evidence that a God can or cannot exist, nor is there evidence that the 2nd plane to hit the WTC was fake.

Thank God that there is some of you who speak truth. These men already own the oil world wide. If you look up the story of the Rockerfeller famioly who was bragging about the nations that they would conquer, own & run. The elite already have positions in differrent parts of the world. the sad thing is that nobody can take on the US (the powers above). the evidence is astonishing yet we all have to just get on with our lives and accept that the US had a big hand in it. it's disgusting and extremely worrying for the future. it also makes me think about the underground bombings in london. our secret services knew all about the bombers yet never arrested them.

that cant be right because there is an overwhelming amount of people that are adamant they heard, felt and saw secondary explosions. and again 2 buildings do not collapse within 10 seconds unless its controlled demollison. they were prepared for the casualties. a couple of thousand people or so is not a big loss to cheney. not when theres so much (oil) to gain from it.

i think cheney and wolfowitz didn't expect the buildings to collapse. they expected a lesser number of deaths, just enough to procede with the project, it turned out different.

and the title does express the reaction of the gov. to the attacks: it became an excuse to make even more atrocities against those who hate them (alqaeda), and also against those who get in the way of thier interests (iraq and the rest).
