Hello America,

I need help and I need justice. I have been a victim of wrongdoing by the Superior Court of NJ, Middlesex County Chancery Division General Equity Part Middlesex County Courthouse 56 Patterson Street, 2nd floor on New Brunswick, NJ. Docket No. C-92-08.

My name is Rodica Novak and I am coming to you today trying to appeal to anyone who can help me obtain justice. The 30th of June, 2010 it will be the 5 year anniversary of selling my business, Dental Lab in New Jersey to another dental lab through a broker by the name of Steve Wain from The Woodland Group in Tinton Falls, NJ. In the process, I did not have a lawyer and in error, trusted the broker who eventually sold me out. This sale of my business nearly five years ago changed the lives of my husband and I forever.

The buyers name was Lab Tech Dental Design in Plainfield, NJ. The owner of the company was named Sony Chiang and Wayne Wong. After 5 years in this nightmare, we are now in the position of being nearly homeless. In 2008, the buyer sued us because we opened a lab in Florida. We then obtained a lawyer, named Joshua Cheslow, located in Manalapan, NJ. However, after fighting to keep our livelihoods in Florida for 17 months, our lawyer left us. The bill had grown to $40,000 and without having received the financials from the original sale of our business in NJ, he knew that we could not afford to pay him. It appeared that he did everything in his power to get out of the case and abandon us altogether.

One question that surfaces is whether or not it is illegal to be wire taped? Or is it acceptable for a lawyer to do everything within their power to avoid having the case tried in the court of law? It was obvious that my lawyer did not want to have the case go to trial and he wrapped the case up for another lawyer.

After 40 years of working, we have nothing. The Holiness Judge Ciuffani took everything from us.

CONGRATULATIONS GENTLEMEN! Four lawyers, one broker, and one accountant committing perjury and in the end one buyer who stole everything we had, destroyed our business and then wanted us to buy it back or to go to work for them. In the end, Holiness Judge Ciuffani officially enabled their thievery.

I believe that this happened because I am first a woman, second I am poor and third my political views are different than theirs.

I need help to sue my broker and also my lawyer. I know that this process may be very difficult. However, I would like to tell you that I did not vote for this regime and I like Sarah Palin. I love Glenn Beck and I am a huge fan of Fox News Judge Napolitano. Please, I need a lawyer who wants to help me fight for this cause. I need a lawyer who can help me fight to get back what is rightfully mine. The people above mentioned owe us nearly $250,000. I want to start living like a human being again. This is OUR MONEY and I do not want a bailout. In the middle of all this chaos, my husband has a heart condition. I implore you, please help us. I do believe in Justice and I think that there is someone out there with the capacity and willingness to help.

We struggle daily and we did not work 80 hours a week and holidays, weekends to have our lives ripped out from underneath us by a lawyer, broker, and two other evil individuals who destroyed our lives along with an accountant who lied through his teeth to get payment that was earned by our blood, sweat and tears.
