love this song, i live in Newfoundland, and every sunday morning while mom was cooking salt beef and cabbage, dad would have a stiff drink and play this . now i have kids and i do the same every week, lol , such fond memories.thanks for putting this up. cheers

Realy Nice and relaing song reminds me of me Child hood with me Father playing all old folk music. I just played it to my 3 week old baby and he fell asleep after just having a tantrum. Sheer Quality

This is actually an old English folk song. Not an Irish song originally. Nice song good job.
