I don't know if you even know what the hell your talking about, first of all flowerhorns don't have plumage, birds do. Second, you don't mend fish color, you feed them color enhanced foods. Ain't nothing wrong with your fish you just bought one that's a bit duller than others. Not all flowerhorns have bright colors.

you raise these fish?me too.but mne's female and got no hump (naturally) on her head.i got a question:mine's got this dull color. she's almost pure gray but got only bits of pink on the underside?how do i mend that?how can show the color?i know flowerhorns supposed to have beautiful plumage.what's wrong with mine?
