How to make a virtual PC out of a Windows 7 Home Premium or Lower versions

why doest it tell when u install vpc, the update is not applicable to your computer? something wrong with that?

Looks easy enough, but the first thing it tells me is I first have to download "WindowsActivationUpdate.exe." Obviously it wants to make sure I'm a legit Win 7 user, which I am. So does this mean if I install that activation thing, is it going to say "we know you're a Widows 7 Home Premium user and tough beans for you, and you don't get to use Virtual PC."

rEALLY . Insert your ins. Disk Into DRIVER, Really. It's Drive there is a Huge difference between drive and driver
