Lance Brown's Will Rogers Now!

People have been asking me about the various ways I make a living. This show about Will Rogers has been my mainstay for the last 20 years. I am performing here at the Cowboy Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City. For those of you too young to know about Will Rogers, he was a great American humorist, movie star, newspaper columnist and humanitarian during the 1920s and 1930s. He died in an air crash with Wiley Post in 1935. He was the most beloved figure of his day. I wrote a book about him in 1997 called "On the Road with Will Rogers" and I continue performing this labor of love in the hopes of passing along his legacy of humor, tolerance and understanding to the next generation.
