Awful idea. If that particular managers hit poor form, due to injuries/international/booking
s/tight board/whatever, he'll be out on his arse, even if it's not his fault. How often d'you hear resignation talks after a single loss? See Wengers start to this season, and Celtics loss to St. Mirren last year. -
