Is it possible to use the flappy paddle gear shifters on Gran Turismo 5 and Forza Motor sport 4?

Yes to GT5 and you should be able to in Forza 4 as well.

Why didn't he use man gears on GT5? Does the shifter and the paddles work?

Also why does it look like the wheel is really flimsy in the middle? Trying to work out if this is worth £500 when I already have the G27.

is it just me or is it really out of sync with the games? The games don't seem quite as responsive when they turn the wheel as when you use the analog sticks.

its kinda sad this is the only good racing wheel for the 360, i have a logitech DriveFX racing wheel and its not smooth at ALL, its a sturdy racing wheel, but compared to racing wheels like the logitech g27 its just crap, so thats why im soon ordering a gt2 racing wheel, since there arent any other good racing wheels for the 360, and im also going to order a ps3 soon, so its nice to be able to switch between the two consoles without changing the racing wheel.
