@Scthyer32 I'd say "At War With Satan". It's nearly 20 minutes long, and fucking great, which, I'd say, is a pretty good feat considering most talented bands can barely keep a good song going for longer than 8!
It's by no means complex, or technical, but it's probably one of their most ambitious songs.

@willabema The term meaned nothing back then, he merely put the word black before metal, referring to "Black, metal-gods" evil metal-gods.
It wasn't until Bathory came in that black metal had a much more definitive term and even greater once Mayhem and Darkthrone were writing anything post-deathcrush.
It's similar with early Death Metal.

@TheCryptViolator Different versions of them existed back then. Even if you look at old metal blade ads, you'll see Sodom and Destruction labeled as "death metal". Possessed as well. They were different than what we know today as death metal or black metal
