I know, none of those guys look like him. However, they are doing a dance, "pop lock" that was made famous by Rerun. Thus, the title.

Yeah, they have it every year now. They also did a bunch of stuff in the park, and taught people how to dance and so on.

I think it is held the same day every year now, Bloomberg declared it Dance Parade day, so you should be able to catch it next year.

Let's get it straight. Rerun used to do a dance called the LOCK. The lock was originally known as the Campbell-lock named after the man that invented it: DON CAMPBELL.

its actualy called locking. poppin and lockin are two completely different style
