Student assignment for the Level 2 module, Reflection in the Work Setting 2.

"Building on the skills learnt in the module, Reflection in the Work Setting, this module allowed for a deeper understanding of reflection. I found it useful to revisit theories such as those written by John Dewey (1933) and Schon (1983).
Looking deeper into reflection required the understanding of new concepts, such as Theory in Use, Espoused Theory, artefacts, governing variables and Double Loop reflection. I found a great deal of information available on the Internet and managed to clarify and organise my thoughts through discussions on the Online Community Modseat (Discussion)"
