police arrest man in queensway london part1of 2

man claiming to be American marine is arrested in the busy shopping street of queensway central London. He allegedly asked a taxi driver to find him hookers. upsets police and does not seem to understand "going quietly" to the police station.struggles makes himself more trouble, British police are very restrained and patient in the circumstances,which could not be said for many other country's. warning PG for bad language.high quality version available for any TV company interested.
