you can´t judge his desire to do well..just because his family has money ,doesn´t mean he´s not a humble, hard working guy..do you know him personally to judge him?, I don´t think you do!
It's websites, media that made me find about "the very wealthy family" I had never noticed though there are quite a few men with that surname in the public eye in Latvia. I found that father was "a very wealthy family" till 1996. How could Ernest be wrapped in a cotton wool if his father couldn't find spare time to see him at the time and mother was a struggling actress? Jealousy could step in when father's money and 6-year hard work with V.Ginters enabled G. to go to Pilic academy.
Everyone engages in creative writing and also hard luck stories, Gulbis is anything but a hard luck story. But a young guy who has the financial support to take his talent to a whole new level and hasnt....thats the saddest part of it all.
But good luck on your Gulbis PR job, shame most of the media and public/players who know about him, dont agree with your nice fairly tale idea of him..
casper.Media engages in "creative writing".Hope it's not also your job and you will switch to tennis and give a break to your repetitive and amusing "private jets, 7 star hotels".
Casper.Thank you for your posts. They are good for Latvia's image. it's difficult to hide the fact that we are the poorest of all EU countries. You are true. Gulbis is so rich that he even has 2 families. How did you learn that he wanted for nothing coming through the tours?
It was a well-known French player's comment about banning.
Casper.Of course,Ernest Gulbis himself has earned something, too. There are scores of other players with rich fathers, bios and wikipedias find other things to say,This fact is not repeated like a constant refrain and does not make a fellow player speak about banning the son from courts.
Murray is my favourite too, but it is not the reason for me to make allegations of the kind that you leave below Gulbis' videos. Good that Gulbis doesn't read any comments.
I love gulbis...

You are seriously starting to sound like his nanny.
There are many poor countries, they dont play on it. Glubis got the best of the best....it happens.
Stops him having the gut hunger to win tho, as you can see by his performance over the last few years, or lack off.
Gulbis back ground is commented on by media, players anyone knowing anything about Tennis.
Im not interested in Latvia's image this is not a party political broadcast, its a tennis player

Who spoke about banning him?
He has a rich family and has wanted for nothing coming through the tours, makes his want slightly different from the rest.
Gulbis is a professional tennis player not a 10 year old girl with a confidence complex give me a break..

Stelleeeee. A hard life is the opposite extreme. Father has paid Ernest's expenses since the day he was born.
