"No Fault" Not the Problem, But Slavery - Part 2

Fathers Day Demonstration 2008, U.S. Capitol - So-called "no-fault" divorce still is an adversarial process, a blame game with a winner-take-all outcome. The divorce/family destrution industry has no interest in peaceful resolutions, only in prolonged litigation. An entire economy of lawyers, psychologists, child protective services, social workers, a huge "child support"/extortion racket bureauacracy, is promoted by sexist federal incentives rewarding removal of fathers from families. It is an economy based on gender slavery which begins by violating the fundamental, unalienable God-given right to be a parent. Just as the slave economy of the South ended only when the fundamental, unalienable God-given right to equality was finally codified into law with abolition of slavery, we must now abolish slavery based on gender. Equal parenting is the only constitutional remedy to save the family.

Go back to common law, if you get stupid and wreck a marriage,then they put a boot in your ass. Now we would still allow divorce is some limited circumstances, there are situations where the marriage is unsavable. But that is not the case most of the time. Most of the time its a selfish act that hurts no only the abandoned spouse, but the kids and it hurts society too. We need to get tough on those who wreck marriage for some selfish reason and we need to get tough on government thugs too!

@unclefixer We need to get tough on those who wreck families, not marriage. Not all couples choose to get married but have no less right to maintain their family. Marriage is a 3 party contract between 2 individuals and the state. Family is a function of biology that requires no state licensing. Absent some conviction for a crime by a jury, every parent has a fundamental right to equal parenthood, regardless of his/her marital status. Couples need marriage licenses like fish need goggles.

Well said. I pay $1500 a month for 2 kids. I cannot write off the $. I cannot claim my kids on my taxes. I cannot file "head of household". I get taxed @34% to pay another 4K when taxes are due. I do not own anything. I have worked professionally for 16 years and have nothing to show for it. When I do get to see my kids, they think I do not care about them because I do not get to see them much. Oh yeah, the court let their mom move far away. I spent $2300 in court objecting to the move.
