This summer during our usual fly-out with our mighty Cessna Silver Eagle we flew to the Azores. Take a look of our tour to these beautiful islands. Sao Miguel

  • Nice! Where did you takeoff from?

From the course presented in your instruments, I suppose you came from Madeira, right?

What is the Silver Eagle range?

I'm portugeuese. I have a dream of flying from Continental Portugal to Azores with a single engine propeller. C210 never came up to my mind...

    I love those islands.

  • We did Portimao-Porto-Santo and Porto-Santo-Sao Miguel. There was a strong head-wind and we decided not to fly direct from Portugal to the Azores. The endurance of the silver eagle is 1000 nm plus 1 hour reserve. You can see more under alidalbatros.ch
