About a third of the time I will keep the money and throw the wallet away. About a third of the time I will keep the money but drop the wallet in their mail box. A third of the time I will actually return the wallet money and all, it all just kind of depends on how I feel that day, I have returned hundreds of dollars, but not always.

No doubt, leaving my wallet on the counter at a package store was a bad idea... But under the same circumstances, if you were that guy, and you saw it, what would you have done?

How long before you realized your wallet was not in your back pocket?

I was 45 minutes away, in Simsbury, CT when I reached for my wallet, and found nothing... The feeling got worse when I started thinking about it, then found the change from the beer store in my front pocket. I kind of figured it out after that, and called the store, but obviously, the crook already had my wallet.

That woman took forever to check out!! I would have had time to lose my wallet, keys, hat, and proof of citizenship. My lord! Was she re-mortgaging her home??

It was a big day for the lottery. I think she was trying to find enough change in her purse to buy one more chance to win.
