@tecknowledge why didn't Judge Phillip Spivey find York guilty of sexually abusing the only five children in the case prior to the Federal case?? that would have been grounds for dismissal..they sealed it... why would they seal the ruling of that case???? that's a real question. and York is passionately declaring his innocence til this very day

Think about it!!! Even if he was guilty,why plead guilty? Why doesn't he want to fight? Why is he satisfied with getting 135 years? Why is he satisfied with the lawyers work ? Why is he pleading guilty to all of that crazy shit? Even if he was truly guilty,common sense should kick in.Common sense will tell you that 135 years means death in prison.So,for your own survival,and for your own will to live,He should be screaming innocent until the death.(But he's not!!!) He's cool with it.
