@sfourne2 with very hot water like me it's more easiest to pluck a chicken that undo the skin on a rabbit for example , take just 2 minutes to pluck a chicken

@hardkilla hello hard killa ,i pluck my own bird ( chickens) with anything in the water , just water between 90 and 95 degrés celcius ,but for duck i think water is not also hot and you can put a kind of wax to improve plucking seb (france)
